No prior experience is needed! Our programs are designed to start from the very basics. We assess each child's current level and place them in appropriate groups. Our beginner programs start with simple, fun activities that build confidence and foundational skills gradually.

Safety is our top priority. We use age-appropriate equipment, maintain small class sizes for proper supervision, and all our instructors are trained in child safety. Our facility has security measures, and we have strict pick-up/drop-off procedures. All electronic equipment meets safety standards, and we teach safe handling practices from day one.

We maintain a maximum ratio of 1:8 for Robo Explorers (ages 6-9) and 1:10 for older groups. Each class has a lead instructor and an assistant to ensure every child receives personalized attention and support.

Yes, we accept enrollments throughout the term depending on availability. New students joining mid-term receive extra orientation sessions to help them catch up with the group. Contact us to check current availability.

We offer make-up sessions for missed classes when notified in advance. Alternatively, we can provide materials and guidance for catching up at home. For extended absences, we can discuss options to ensure your child doesn't fall behind.

Just a water bottle and enthusiasm! We provide all necessary equipment, including robots, computers, tablets, and building materials. For full-day workshops or camps, we recommend packing a snack and lunch.

We use a combination of project-based assessments, skill checklists, and observation. Parents receive progress reports at the end of each term, highlighting skills mastered and areas for growth. We also schedule parent-teacher meetings twice a year and encourage ongoing communication about your child's development.
